Upgrades are instant, and you only pay the price difference between the old and new plan.
When downgrading, your account reverts to the new plan automatically after your current subscription expires.
Am I locked in once I pay?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period and will not renew. After that date, no more reports will be processed.
